Do you accept insurance for your healthcare services?

Yes, Health Verse Hubs accepts most major insurance providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Medicare. Our billing team will verify your coverage and explain your benefits before every appointment. We also offer affordable self-pay options and flexible payment plans.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule appointments through our online booking system, by calling (785) 820-9291, or by visiting our office at 882 Eastridge Dr in Salina, Kansas. We offer same-day appointments for urgent concerns and extended hours including weekends.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and supplements, any relevant medical records from previous providers, and a list of questions. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration forms.

What types of mental health counseling do you offer?

We offer individual therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief; couples and family counseling; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); stress management programs; and support groups. All counselors are licensed professionals providing confidential, evidence-based treatment.

How does your weight management program work?

Our program begins with a comprehensive assessment including body composition analysis and metabolic evaluation. We create a personalized plan featuring nutritional counseling, behavioral coaching, meal planning, and medical supervision with regular check-ins to track progress.

What health screenings do you provide?

We offer CBC, metabolic panels, lipid/cholesterol testing, blood glucose/A1C, thyroid function, vitamin assessments, blood pressure monitoring, EKG screening, bone density scans, cancer screenings, vision/hearing tests, and diabetic eye exams based on your age and health status.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual appointments?

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services for follow-ups, mental health counseling, medication management, and wellness coaching. Virtual appointments are available via HD video or phone, accessible from any modern device.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. You can easily reschedule through our patient portal, by calling our office, or by replying to your confirmation message.
